How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days and then handed over to our shipping partner, DHL, for delivery as quickly as possible. Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a tracking number.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
Usually, yes. However, in some cases, we may ship from our backup warehouse if the product is not available in our main warehouse. In this case, you will receive two tracking numbers. These should typically arrive at the same time.
